FAQs for Coaches

After your first class, you will be provided with a coach intake form. You will then be onboarded as a Coach in Training into LIA.

Once onboarded, you will receive an email asking you to (re)set your password.

*If you used the same email for taking the assessment, this will re-set your existing password.

The Coaching Community is found in What'sApp. Contact [email protected] for access.  

Have the client log in to the system and Update the coach on their profile by selecting “LIA Coach” in the left hand menu and selecting the appropriate coach by First and Last Name. You’ll receive a notification when it’s complete.

A: Step 1: Log in as a coach and confirm you can see their results in the LIA portal and the email matches the desired email.

Step 2: If the email matches, have them reset their password and log in with it.

Template email to Send client: 

“Perhaps the email is stuck in your spam filters. To log in, you can reset your password at the log in screen using the email you used to take the assessment.

1. Client follows link, enters email address and hits reset
2. Client checks inbox/spam filters for the password reset email
3. Client follows the instructions in the email to reset their password and log in. 

Alternate Step 2: If the email does not match or you cannot find it in your Coach Portal, send a support request to [email protected] with details to investigate.

Yes! This is a great way to integrate the Life Map Assessment into your practice. With an annual Subscription you are provided access and support to implement this way. More details are here.

There are three systems you'll use as a coach in Training.

1. Coach's Learning Library  (Kajabi) - where you'll find the class materials and the Coaching Community
2. LIA Portal Where you'll Review Life Maps (Log in as Coach or Log in as Client)

To change your partner during class, log in to your LIA: Life Map as CLIENT and update the Coach to your new partner.
